A/B Test Inspector does not collect, store, or transmit any user data. All processing happens locally in your browser.
When you open the extension on a website, it reads the public client object of the A/B testing platform running on that page (such as window.ablyft, Kameleoon.API, window.optimizely, window._vwo_exp, ABTasty, or convert) and displays the list of running experiments in a side panel. It does not modify pages.
None. The extension has no analytics, no tracking, no remote servers, and no accounts. Nothing you browse or view is sent anywhere. The information shown in the panel is read directly from the page in your browser and is discarded when the panel closes.
The extension requests access to websites solely to read the testing platform's public JavaScript object on the page you are viewing, and uses tab events only to refresh the panel when you navigate. No browsing history is recorded.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at this URL.
